Boisy,

If you get it working on the Apple,  Woz will likely be proud of you.  
He worked at Atari when the 6502 was utilized
and he wanted to go with the Motorola 6800 series of Processors in his 
design for the Apple but Jobs nixed it because at the time they cost 
twice as much as the 6502's.
