[Coco] Emulator help

Hi,
If I need to run Jeff's or John's emulators, I built a FAT32 partition on my
old XP SP3 laptop, so it is just a matter of installing Win 98 SE. (Finally
retired from being just a web radio as I now have a 16 watt translator close
by.) Actually I would just boot from floppy into MSDOS 6.6 after setting the
files up for the emulator using XP. I have Magellan 2.0 which still is the
best tool for tasks on MSDOS, I even have it installed on my W7 laptop (XP
Mode).
The instructions for setting up a bootable flash drive were given here long
ago. If we had a usable search method they could be found. But remember,
they wear out quickly so don't use for long.
I remember discovering a web site that had software for doing marvelous
things with a flash drive as boot device.
All in all, VCC is well worth a look and is very friendly as it is a Windows
program. What exact features of Jeff's and John's emulator do you desire?

I agree that MESS is a mess to be avoided, I only heard about troubles,
never any reports that it was better for what I ever wanted to do.
