[Coco] Coco interfacing, running a coco from 12 volts and more.

There is an article on running a Coco 2 from 12 volts in the book "A Full 
Turn of the Screw" which is available at:

"A Full Turn of the Screw" is  a collection of "Turn of the Screw" articles 
from Rainbow magazine.

I'm not very knowledgeable regarding electronics, but it seems to me that 
running a Coco 3 from 12 volts wouldn't be much different from running a 
Coco 2 from 12 volts.  Of course most of my hardware experiments start with 
that same quote and end up in a pile of smoking electronics.
