[Coco] MCC-216

I have the S-VIDEO version, which I got quite some time ago. For what it's
worth, it works well, though updating cores and what-not can be quite
challenging. I'm sure with a good technical understanding you can breeze
through adding new cores and updating older versions of the software, but
just be warned it's not exactly plug and play all the way through,
including in some cases added new games/software (ROMs).
