The "Everdrive" thing.. I wonder if that's anything like something I "wished" existed. A board that would "LOAD" ROM's from a SD card automatically based on jumpers, etc. to determine which ROM file to load. Might be too much for a board that size..duno. Would have to implement file system access and some sort of firmware or micro-os to load the image into true ROM address space.

I shipped Chad a spare EPROM board I made some time back. I only made a handful, for myself, and unfortunately at the time I didn't have access to the innards of a cartridge so the board (probably) won't mount inside a pack as-is.
Next time I produce a run, they'll either be flash-based, programmable from the Coco itself, and fit in a cartridge; or I might do an "EverDrive"-like device and have it run from SD card...
