Not exactly.  The C-C Bus has 6 slots numbered 0 to 5.  Addresses FF7C
to FF7F can all be used as the "slot select latch".  You poke a slot
number to one of these addresses to activate that slot. It does not
provide separate routing of the CTS* and SCS* signals like the
Multipak.  It most likely activates its data buffers for the GIME
address range, so it probably won't be compatible with a CoCo 3.
