[Coco] CGA to VGA/TFT converter

I've seen that thing before. I'm pretty sure saying it takes CGA is
incorrect. Or rather, they're using CGA to mean 15kHz RGB, as they do
in the arcade cabinet communities. But at any rate, I'm fairly sure the
RGB input is meant to be analog.
