[Coco] For those who wants to test CURSED

Here is the preliminary version.

There is one know bug: the INPUT command also has free cursor.
Probably EDIT as well. But this driver is meant to be used in edition
and not on execution. I'll check if I can filter this out.

Only vdg 32 column is supported, coco1, coco2 or coco3.

let me know if you find other bugs.

shift left = delete
shift right = insert
