[Coco] Unable to run OS-9 02.00.00 Cat. No. 700-2331 (Level_I) on VCC

VCC emulates the floppy controller. You don't need any special drivers 
for that. Beside that, you'd never get to the date and time prompt if 
the floppy driver was the problem.
