[Coco] printing to epson from OS-9

So, I'm converting my OS-9LII from speaking to my old DMP-106 to
DriveWire4's emulated Epson printer.

With only a few execptions it seems to have worked.  I haven't tested
most of it yet...  Only a few OS-9 apps that I have don't seem to have
epson drivers with them.

Does anybody have an epson driver for phantomgraph?

Also, tsfmt (the dot formatter from TS/Word) wants to know the codes
for plain font, bold, and italic.
