[Coco] CF Memory unit

I am still in trouble with my CF units. I don't have them identified if
they are 
configured for my coco3. I have one coco3 with a 6309 and the other with
a 6809.  

I have an adapter to plug in memory cards. What do I have to do to check
the
content of the CF unit?

I have managed to "mess" up the program on the CF unit. The result was
that I couldn't complete
the boot for NitrOS9. 

All suggestions and help will be appreciated.
