[Coco] I have a Kerigan and Ritche "C" Programming languagemanual from 1978

Hi,

The Original K&R book has NOT been reported online. (The one for the CoCo 
"C" Compiler)

It still needs to be scanned and OCRed as well as the many other books I 
have offered.

The First edition, which was NOT marked First Edition is one desired.

The K&R Second edition and a R only version are on line.

Please see my original offering of books to be scanned, it's not books to be 
destroyed and scanned, it's the people willing do the scanning.

We have one person with the best OCR program to do the OCR part.
