[Coco] mailto protocol is easy, flexible and very useful

Went through the rfc you posted and I don't see the requirement that an
MUA must be browser based.

When I want to start a new thread mutt starts a new thread. When I want to
reply to a thread mutt replies. I've got mutt configured to make it easy for me 
to do what I want to do with email.
