[Coco] mailto protocol is easy, flexible and very useful

Hi,

I included a link to the RFC, the Internet defining documents, in my 
original post.

It may be interesting if other reports of failure are made.

Did you teach your Mutt to start new threads when it is proper, that's what 
my OP was about?
