Hello All,

Greetings from a Coco enthusiast from Brazil. I dug up my Coco3, found out
it was perfectly functional with an FD502 disk drive.

I am now digging up info as how to connect to my MACBOOK and get it back
alive and well! If anybody can provide me quick pointers, I would
appreciate it. I would also like to know whether there is a MacMESS
tutorial for the Coco3 available somewhere...

As for the CPU manufacturing, I know Freescale bought Motorola's CPU/MPU
division and still manufactures the HC08 and HC11 microcontrollers, which
are essentially the evolution of 6800 series. I did look up for the 6809,
but couldn't find anything.

Cheers,
Paulo.
