[Coco] CoCoBoot Version .47a released

CoCoBoot  Version .47a has been released.

* added "ion" "ioff" "int" "rti" added vsync interrupt to core
* dropped support for nested compiling - saved many bytes
* added MPI support, access words, modified boot sequence to use
* made low memory RAM disk
* boot up now tries for FD in each slot
* added "accept" standard word
* added blank spots in device table for user inserted devices
* slightly improved documenation
* fixed zip format for the release.

Hopefully, the release zip file should work better for all!
