[Coco] Coco converter survey

Ok.  It seems the general opinion among most is to offer  the
enclosure as an added option.    This is how we will do  it.

The bare board will be $68 as before but the enclosure  will
bring the price up to $80.   I hope this will be  acceptable
to most in the Coco community.   We will see how that  goes
and make adjustments as necessary.     Stay  tuned.....
