[Coco] os-9 curses is on opencoco.net

After over 120 commits, OS-9 curses is available via SVN on
opencoco.net  Not just the last version I released, but the full
revision tree, back to the OSK code on RTSI.

Next project:  A UNIX tool to take a WSC fileset and automagically
import it into SVN.  My fingers are sore now. ;-)
