[Coco] compiling toolshed

Hi all,

What is the compile environment needed for compiling toolshed on windows 
(XP 32 bit in this case).

I'm currently trying to compile under cygwin but it's bombing out not 
being able to compile libnative, looks like it may not be correctly 
recognising the environment as win32.
