The last unresolved references were due to a corrupted source file, 
which I fixed by extracting it again from the archive.  So I've 
succeeded at assembling view.  Now I just need to see if I can make the 
necessary modifications to use 12-bit color and CoCo3FPGA's 256 color mode.
