I have more than one of this system and used them in the past.  The cable is 
pin to pin straight through.  I had a switch box to switch between the 
cassette deck and the P-n-P unit.  I know i have a hard copy of the manual, 
somewhere.  I'll put finding it on my Round-Tuit list.
