[Coco] DE1 - More data

Sorry, hit send too quickly....

There is one sign of life:  Immediately after powering up the DE1, I see 
this on the server log:

14:39:03: [dwproto-0-8   ] DoOP_READEX: There is no disk in drive 1
14:39:04: [dwproto-0-8   ] DoOP_READEX: There is no disk in drive 2

So, something is trying to happen there (probing for disks?).  But, that's 
all she wrote.  Typing 'DOS' to boot, comes back immediately with an error 
- no log entry associated.
