It's not the demo.  Sign up on the site and you can download it.

 From a PC you can play the .bin file by installing the VCC CoCo 3 
emulator.  I'm not sure I have it on the site but you can probably 
google and find it.  On my system I can click on a .bin file from my 
web browser and it will launch in VCC as if you LOADMed it.  Brilliant.
