[Coco] Mess with Driveware support

Is there a version of Mess with drivewire support available for windows? And is a binary available anywhere.
I saw the SDL patch for an older version of mess on the drivewire website, but I was hoping someone could save me the trouble. And even if the answer on the binary is no I'd still like to know if a windows version is possible with drivewire, because isn't sdl non windows? (The last time I used sdl mame it was under linux and dos.)
