[Coco] Booting the supplied NitrOS-9 HDD on VCC

Hi,

I need to mount one of my old OS-9 L-II boot disks and copy some CMDS to a 
new .dsk file using the VCC emulator.

My old floppy boot disk will of course not boot so I have been trying to 
boot the supplied "Preinstalled Hard disk image Nitros9 Ver 3.2.8".

The documentation is out of date, the instructions to just type "DOS 255" do 
not work, "OK" is returned which is not OK.

I can do a "DIR 255" and get a file listing as well as "DIR 254".

There is a screenshot on the VCC Screenshots page so it must work.

I need detailed instructions including what configuration changes to make, 
.dsk images to  insert in addition to the "Nitros9.vhd" hard drive image and 
so on.

And what to type if it is different from "DOS 255"
