Well, It sounds like you'd need a database, dynamic pages etc., etc.  
which is beyond
  my experience to set up and implement.  I suppose it could be done  
as a static website
but that would be a lot of individual pages to set up. Well, let me  
know if you'd like to drop
a copy on my FTP server anyway.
