[Coco] MESS needs a C++ programmer dedicated to the Coco

This highlights the primary reason I use MESS... its open source, so
if you want something, you can just add it. When we wanted to add
emulator support for DriveWire, it was just a matter of writing the
code (not to diminish the work of the two different people who added
ways to do this in MESS, just saying there were no barriers beyond
whats involved in any programming task). If MESS didn't already have
strong argument support, you could just add it, or if you want things
to work a little differently for your project, you can just change it.
And no matter how bad the "official" support from the MESS team is
for the CoCo stuff, we have the ability to improve it ourselves and
even contribute it back into the official project as people like Tim
Lindner have done. I suppose we could even fork MESS and maintain our
our coco centric version if the official management becomes
intolerable.
VCC is a fine emulator, but since its closed source, it's sort of take
it or leave it. If it works for what you want to do, great, and I
suspect for a majority of uses, this is the case.
