Does anyone have a copy of the November 1990 issue of the Rainbow magazine around?  I need a scanned copy of the "Turn of the Screw" article in this issue in which Tony DiStefano describes how to use the EPROM programmer he has so kindly instructed the reader to build in the previous three issues.  I have the previous three issues, and have built the programmer and entered the software, but need the instructions on how to use it.
