[Coco] Will this build-your-own s-video board work for CoCo 3?

I understand that some of us want to keep the old technology alive 
because it's unique.

But really, a first Gen PC clone?   We're talking slower and less colors 
than on a CoCo 3!
Rampage looked and played better on the Coco 3 than is dog of a computer.

This one is takes the cake.
