[Coco] New Setup Multi language for CocoDskUtil V 1.0.9

Hi,
For CoCoDskUtil 1.0.9. (the new installer)
Copy the "CoCoDskUtil.EXE" Program from "Program Files" to the folder you
have the desired ".dsk" file in.
Then using Windows Explorer click on the "CoCoDskUtil.EXE" program to start
it in that folder.
Do NOT use a shortcut, copy the actually program file (520 KB).
Please report success or a failure.
That worked on Vista with UAC on.

It does not install successfully here.

Yes, that's what I'm seeing as well. There's also a message at the end of
the install process that I posted in another note.
