[Coco] How to get to 80-col mode on Coco 3?

I just got my s-video adapter from HawkSoft -- super happy!

Now, how do I go into 80 col mode from standard CoCo 3 BASIC? I don't
yet have the SD Drive Pak and no software, really. But I want to see
how it looks.
