Hi,

I realized what you said was all that was offered.

It was my inability to find out more and the surprise at the location given 
was why I gave the Lat. and Lon. thus forcing people to see where it was.

The tracert seems to say that the server is in Los Angeles.

Note: I am just North of San Jose, the route goes to SF so "No Such Agency" 
can read the traffic. (PBS NOVA)

basically, coco3.com is running off a machine (box18) belonging to a
hosting company called BlueHost.
BlueHost's office are in Utah.  That does *not* mean the box is
actually in Utah (although it might be).
Geolocation of IPs typically will get you to the owner's billing
address, not the physical address of.. anything.
