[Coco] LSN0 C code

Hi,

I am sorry to report a bad fail.

I started VCC fresh, mounted my last real CoCo boot disk with DNS=3 and 
CYL=50 using /D0 unchanged. (DNS=1, CYL=28).

So, reading /D0@ does not work for a badly mismatched disk / descriptor.
