[Coco] VCC Website is down: The 20x.cc domain is SUSPENDED

I wanted to download the vcc nitros9 hdd image and found that the entire 20x.cc domain is suspended as of 17 July 2011.  Unless someone happens to know the IP address of vcc.20x.cc, there is no way to get to it, proxy or otherwise, because it is not in DNS any more.
