[Coco] Retrieving Files from Coco .DSK files back to a Coco formated disk?

Currently, I don't have Drivewire setup. Since my CoCo and PC are sitting
right next to each other, I may buld the cable and connect the CoCo and PC
with Drivewire for things like this, but not there yet. For now, I'd like
something Like Retrieve in Jeff's emulator that goes the other direction.

One easy way is to mount the .dsk in DriveWire, then just copy the
file between the drivewire disk and a real disk using your CoCo.
All of the software you'd need is free, but you'll need a bitbanger
serial cable to go between the PC and the CoCo.
