[Coco] trouble with AR

This file seems to be corrupt.  I couldn't do much with it either.  I
could only get the first file to extract, and that resulted in an
executable with a  bad CRC.

Then I got mad at it, and used Linux emacs to delete the first file
from the archive.  AR2 could handle the rest.

With the source intact, it was easy to make a new executable.  Then I
repackaged everything up as http://www.sdc.org/~goosey/os9/uptime.lzh

I'll upload the new archive to rtsi later.  Now it is time to go do
dishes.
