Ok, if thats the config u are using, i can see why its not working. If you look at this line: <DefaultDiskSet>nos9-6809l2</DefaultDiskSet> and <CurrentDiskSet>nos9-6809l2</CurrentDiskSet> . Both are telling drivewire 4 to use the diskset called "nos9-6809l2", which if you scroll down, u see that set has one disk in slot 0. therefore there is nothing in slot 4. You should create a custom diskset and then point the defaultdiskset and currentdiskset settings to it making sure that that the <drive> number specified is 4.

If you add this line <HDBDOSMode>true</HDBDOSMode> into the Instance section of config.xml, then Drivewire 4 will use the proper offset to allow you to access .dsks mounted after drive 1. What I do, is mount the source .dsk into drive slot 4 in DW4 (since 0-3 are the real floppies), then do DRIVE OFF, then put a blank floppy into drive 0, and do a BACKUP 4 TO 0. You should note though, if you use OS9, HDBDOSMode will totally screw things up if its enabled while you are using OS9. I'm sure Aaron Wolfe can explain better than me the specifics. Good luck
