[Coco] CVS access to NitrOS9 and Toolshed

If you look at the NitrOS-9 Wiki, Aaron has posted some instructions on how
to build NitrOS-9 using Cygwin.
While I have used his instructions to build NitrOS-9, I basically use a
subset of his instructions to anonymously download the NitrOS-9, Toolshed
and Drivewire sourcec code (part of my re-learning the CoCo process) via
Cygwin.
