[Coco] rainbow guide to os9, level 1

I clearscan OCR'ed and optimized the PDF, now its searchable, easier
to read, and less than 20% of the size. Put it in incoming on malted
media, but don't think it can be downloaded until it moves to newly
received area. heres a direct link from cococoding if anyone wants
