[Coco] free CoCoNet ROM upgrade

I'm offering to trade out any CoCoNet EPROM below 1.26 with 1.26 for 
any customer I have on the books.  I'll take your word by e-mail that 
you'll mail me your older EPROM after you receive your new one.  I 
have plenty of 16K EPROMs but I want to make sure all devices have 
the latest CoCoNet firmware if possible.

1.26 works best with the wireless paks, Drive Pak, bitbanger port, 
and real drives.
