[Coco] Coco3 System problem

Without access to a scope and the drive's maintenance documentation it will
be hard to establish what could be wrong with its electronics. You have
pretty much done what is typical when diagnosing a drives problem with the
CoCo.

The only thing that comes to mind is just to reseat all pin header
connectors within the drive, just to make sure every wiring harness is
secured at its endpoints, depending on how the boards in the drive look
(workmanship), taking a look at the general state of the solder side of the
boards could reveal a bad solder joint... long shot but it is possible, have
seen stuff like that happen.
