Nevermind, I completely forgot about MESS... had them all along.
Just remember when making the 16k rom, it's extbas11.rom then bas13.rom into your rom.

Also, I forgot J1 at first, this needs to be changed also.

I'm trying to upgrade my 26-3134A to 64k and extended basic, I installed my 4464's and changed the jumpers 
J2 thru J5 from 64k to 128K for the rom size, and closed jumper J6 for 64k.

Now I need to find a copy of the roms. It has color basic 1.3 on a 64k (24pin) rom. And I'm trying to use 28 Pin eproms.
