[Coco] CoCo 2 keyboard ribbon HELP!!??

Actually, the "Circuit Writer" pen worked like a charm!!  Some of the
'graphite'? lines were pretty messed up, even for a inch or so in length, I
just 'drawed' in the new conductor, heated it with a hair dryer on low for
about 10 minutes to cure it, then reseated and voila!!  Multimeter showed
excellent continuity after the repair for each path but the heat curing was
definitely necessary.  At first I tried just applying the compound and
letting it sit for a few hours..Went back to plug it in, didn't work at all
and noticed I had smeared the compound all over the ribbon.  Heat curing the
compound hardens it.  Also, it didn't seem to conduct worth a crap until
after a good heat curing.

In the past, I have simply used scizzors to cut off the affected area. Don't

cut more than necessary.
