[Coco] Nitros9 on Keil

Mark, I made you a disk image of the current disk 1 of nitros level 1 that 
will boot in Keil's Emu. I've only tested it with David's CoCo 3 emu but it 
should work in his CoCo 2 emu as well. You can grab it here:
