[Coco] Artifacting (again)

My understanding about the artifacting was that it was a matter of the 
timing of the electron gun in the TV/monitor.  The closely spaced B&W lines 
blur, causing the artifacting.  If you look at a basic single line in PMODE 
4 you will see a color on the edge of the line.  Add several lines close 
together and you have the illusion of color.
