[Coco] Nitros9 on Keil

No problem, I'll give it a go - the NTSC uses the 60Hz and the PAL uses the 
50Hz - I think it only affects the ''system'' time or some such - I've never 
used the 50Hz version since my CoCo's are NTSC, but I'll go ahead and get 
them uploaded also.
