Yes, but the CPU needs to be running at 2 Mhz to achieve that speed.
You may be able to get 115,200 bps in the Address Dependant mode on a
CoCo 2 if the code is executed from an EPROM.

The CoCo 1 bit banger is limited to 38,400 bps by the 741C opamp used
for level translation.
