[Coco] Need a FD 502 controller that can accept 28 pin roms

There is a small problem with SLENB* on the CoCo 1 F board.  That
board has a capacitor (C77) which intoduces some kind of rise-time
issue on the SLENB* signal.  I had to cut that capacitor to get my
project to work.  None of the other CoCo motherboards have this flaw.
