[Coco] DECB or ECB Compiler

I recall a thread on this subject years ago and 
if I'm not mistaken I offered the suggestion to 
write a BASIC compiler that spit out assembly 
source instead of doing all the work.  If I 
didn't have such a full plate right now I'd 
tackle this project and be done with it.  A BASIC 
compiler for the CoCo would be a perfect 
companion to any of my IDEs.  Think of all the 
fast and new games and apps that non-assembly 
programmers could produce if we had a good compiler.
