John,
Before it "went away" I downloaded it, and I mirrored it on (one of) my
own site:
http://zmerch.30below.com/coco
(That URL will take you to a list of the files in that directory.)
The filename is the same, but I did cut-n-paste your included directions
and created a small howto with the filename vterm.html.
I did this so that the software would have a "more permanent" host on
the web... but if I shouldn't have done this, then let me know and I
will remove it immediately.

I have also downloaded this, and put it in the same directory.
There are also a few non-term files (manuals & files for the bluetooth
pak I ordered from Roger a while ago and just dusted off recently, etc.)
and if there's any interest to have anything else hosted more
permanently for the CoCo, I'd be happy to host it there.
If 70G (current amount free) isn't enough, I have another 80G that's
over half available in that server; it's just a 'mount /dev/sda' away.
;-) If that's not enough... I have a 1U rackmount Dell with a pair of
160G SATA drives... If we need more space *than that* I'll need to take
up collections for a pair of 1T drives to replace the 160's...
My hosting's not "ultra speedy" so don't be surprised if your downloads
aren't nearly so fast (I have a 512Kbit up speed) but I'm happy to leave
the files here for as long as necessary. I have static IP addresses on
my line so dyndns isn't necessary, and I've had the domain & active
servers with it for almost 15 years [1], I don't plan on changing that
anytime soon... ;-)
[1] 4th server in that timeframe, but I still have the 3rd server, its
mobo needs 2 capacitors replaced... the first was a 120Mhz Cyrix 6x86,
OC'd to 133 (whoohoo, eh? ;-) and it supported several websites, a
couple of which actually got mentioned on TechTV, *way* back before the
.com crash when TechTV didn't suck. ;-) The server handled a *lot* of
hits in one month's span... (well, not compared to nowadays...)
But I digress... ;-)
